(A) License to Use Visual Content

By uploading images, videos, or other media, you grant SAIFE a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, and perform your content solely to operate, maintain, and promote the Services. You retain ownership of your content.

(B) DMCA Safe Harbor

We respect copyright law. If you believe your content has been infringed, you may submit a form and our team will respond within 30 days.

(C) Prohibited Content

Users may not upload content that:

• identifies individuals without consent;
• contains false, deceptive, or manipulated media (e.g., deepfakes) intended to misinform;
• or violates laws or regulations, including export controls and U.S. sanctions, and other applicable IP laws.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

• With vendors or service providers who are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and use the data only to provide the Services
